Andy

Andy is a Rat Terrier who was surrendered to the White River Humane Society because he was getting nippy.  After he got infection in his neuter site I fostered him at our house during his recovery.  Well he was so well behaved and so sweet I fell in love with him and bargained with my husband to keep him.  At 10 yrs old he is happiest with a rope toy, a blanket and the corner of the couch.

Sebastion

I was doing an off-site adoption for the White River Humane Society and Sebastion was one of the dogs I was trying to find a home for.  He was very afraid of men and skittish. It was obvious he had been abused at some point in his life. While I had no luck that day I did take him home and "foster" him asking my husband Eric to work with him to overcome his fear of men.  The kids fell in love with him and Eric worked with him to overcome his fear of men.  He did to a point, he wasn't afraid of Eric anymore and that was it.  And yes I did try to find him a home but with that problem, it was impossible.  So we kept him and my step daughter named him Sebastion in keeping with the S & T theme in dog names we had going.  His favorite activities are barking, running the fence line, and being loved. And at 9 yrs old he feels it's his duty to patrol and protect the parameters of our house against all smells and strange people.

Tigger

Tigger was the first dog I added to my family after moving here.  He was 4 months old and I was told he was a Miniature Pincher by the lady giving her granddaughters dog away to me.  My husband was mad and the kids delighted when I came home with him.  Me and the kids gave him the name Tigger because as a puppy he seemed to bounce everywhere.  Now at 8 yrs. old ...not so much. He favorite things are food, blankets, and napping.
